Designing & Manufacturing of Air tanks according to ASME sec.VIII DIV 1.
Sheets & Heads Material is steal ( SA 516 Gr.70) & flanges are A105 & Nozzles are A106Gr.B.
Heads of Air tanks are Elliptical 2:1
All inspection tests like PT,RT,HT & Dimensional control according to ASME done on all tanks made by Havasan QC dep.& other inspection Co. in the contract.
All tanks equipped with standard Handhole & Manhole according to ASME.
All over size Nozzels & Manhole & Handholes have Reinforcement PAD A516Gr.70 .
Surface pad coating operating done for inside & outside of the tanks as below:
outside:
Sandblast 2.5
Epoxy Polyamide Cured Zinc Phosphate Primer 50 μm
Epoxy Polyamide Cured Intermediate Coat 50 μm
Polyurethane 5015 50 μm
Inside:
Sandblast SAE 2.5
Zinc Rich Epoxy Primer 50 μm
Epoxy Intermediate Coat 50 μm
Epoxy Polyamide Cured Top Coat 50 μm
Possibility of issue and submiting all required documents & certificates to the customer.
Manufacturing other tanks as customer´s request with different sizes ,Nozzles location & additional tests will be done in ASME St. format.
